· Line up candidates for an interview, scheduling the interview.
· Follow up with candidate and operations with their requirements.
· Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
· Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.
· Convincing candidates to accept offers and join
· Positive attitude towards daily work activity.
· Adhering to guidelines and standards
· Qualification: 10+2/ Graduate
· MBA will be an added advantage
· Minimum 6 months of experience into bulk hiring for International BPO (Voice).
· B2B hiring experience preferred.
