· Cold Calling the regions & business line allocated. Generate leads/proposal and revenue in region allocated
· Sourcing and Mining the leads from various business directories and websites and updating the same prospects on the Company CRM
· Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
· Team with sales partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Building up lead database in the company's Pipe Drive and updating them as per the most recent communication and updates.
· Independently manage pre-sales support function
· Should be well-versed with all pre-sales support functions including designing, launching and managing email/ tele calling/ direct mail campaigns, developing prospect lists, and proactively creating business opportunities
· Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets.
· Maintaining a reporting format to the Sales/Team Manager thereby building a qualitative and quantitative performance measurement systems based on the data available
· Should have excellent communications skills
· Should have minimum 6 – 12 months’ experience in B2B Lead generation
· Minimum HSC pass out
